American Engineering Testing, Inc. congratulates Thomas P. Venema, P.E., LEED AP on his presidency of CASE/MN for the 2009-2010 term.

Saint Paul, Minnesota – American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET) a leading engineering consulting firm congratulates Thomas P. Venema on his election to

President of the Council of American of Structural Engineers of Minnesota (CASE/MN) for the 2009-2010 term. Mr. Venema was sworn in at the CASE/MN Annual Seminar and Tradeshow on May 12, 2009. He is currently serving as Vice President of the CASE/MN group.

Mr. Venema is a Principal Engineer/Vice President in AET’s Construction Services Building Division. He has been with AET for 25 years, performing construction and geotechnical services engineering, along with being the office manager in AET’s Chanhassen office during the new HWY 212 construction.

Mr. Venema attended the University of Illinois – Chicago and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Master in Science Degree in Geotechnical and Materials Engineering. He is a Register Professional Engineer in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Mr. Venema resides with his family in Eden Prairie, MN.
